Best websites for writers
Writer’s Digest came out with their annual list of the best web sites for writers.
Many of my favorites made the list. Others I didn’t know of, but will have to explore.
Here are some of the sites I enjoy that made this year’s list, and hope other writers will find useful:
Nathan Bransford : Literary agent-turned-author, this site is packed with great info on both sides of the business
Books & Such: Lots of great advice to authors from a literary agent Rachelle Gardner.
Query Shark: Don’t even think about querying agents until you’ve devoured agent Janet Reid’s site outlining what NOT to do when you’re querying.
Writers in The Storm: Informative and entertaining advice over a range of topics, written by a group of women authors and often including guest posts.
Women’s Fiction Writers: Author Amy Sue Nathan hosts this fabulous blog highlighting women’s fiction authors and their work.
And how about you, web-savvy writers? Which sites do you find most useful?
